This week we’re dusting off our podcast with Rebekah Jordan.

I walked into Karma Coffeehouse in Hollywood one night to play a show and Rebekah Jordan was onstage.

The first thing I noticed was her voice. Motown I thought. Soulful. Then I listened to the words and I realized they’d been written by someone who had lived them.

The last thing I noticed was just how damn comfortable Rebekah was on stage. Like she was home. I wasn’t surprised to find out later she’s been in films as well.

Keep your eye on this lady.

This very large band from Boston is really so great. Their song Last Drag is so powerful and it just sticks in your head! They are one of our highest rated artists that we’ve had on the show! The feedback on this band has just been tremendous!

I LOVE her song When You Knew Me When, I know you will too!

This week we’re dusting off our podcast with Eleni Mandell.

I first heard of Eleni through Inara George. I wrote to her manager and asked if she would be on the show. I promptly received a CD in the mail with a hand written note from Eleni to me, signed and dated. I liked her already.

She’s one of those girls you want to be friends with immediately. She’s real and doesn’t have time for the bullshit, know what I mean?  I soon discovered the sheer beauty of Miracle of Five, Eleni’s new album.

Her songs take you on a journey back to simpler times.

One of my favorite shows ever.

We’re thrilled to have her on the show!

Anomie Belle is composer, producer, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Toby Campbell.

She makes dark social issues eerily lovely“, says Doug Haire of KEXP. Originally a classical violinist and songwriter, she released multiple solo records before creating her own beats.

Anomie Belle’s Sleeping Patterns is the perfect record to pop in the car and just drive.
